A2F Consulting supported the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica (FSC) in restructuring its business processes and designing an integrated technology platform. The project aimed to improve operational efficiency, modernize systems, and enhance service delivery across the financial regulatory authority.

Work Developed

• Conducted comprehensive assessment and re-engineering of FSC’s business processes
• Applied value stream mapping and lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
• Redesigned workflows to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
• Proposed an integrated regulatory system and supporting technology solutions
• Developed a technology implementation roadmap, including procurement specifications

The assignment was delivered over 4 months and combined process optimization with digital transformation planning. A2F provided actionable recommendations and a roadmap to modernize FSC’s operations, strengthen regulatory effectiveness, and improve overall institutional performance.
