Dr. Modibo K. Camara is the Founder, President, and CEO of A2F Consulting, with over 30 years of experience in financial sector development, MSME finance, economic policy, institutional reform, and private sector development. Prior to founding A2F, he held senior positions at the World Bank Group and IFC, where he led financial sector reforms, banking supervision initiatives, and access-to-finance programs across emerging markets. He has advised governments, central banks, development finance institutions, and private sector organizations in more than 80 countries. Dr. Camara holds a Doctorate in Financial Economics from J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, and is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, and Mandinka, with working knowledge of Portuguese and Russian.

Mrs. Elisabeth Ron-Camara is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of A2F Consulting, with over 25 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, business administration, and international project coordination. She oversees A2F’s global operations, finance, human resources, and contract management, while supporting business development and quality assurance across the firm’s projects. Prior to A2F, she worked with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and held management and marketing positions in the private sector. She holds a Master of Arts in Romance Languages and Agricultural Economics from Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany, and is fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish, with working knowledge of Portuguese.

Mr. José M. Santos is Chief Information Officer at A2F Consulting, with more than 30 years of experience in digital transformation, financial technology, data governance, and enterprise systems. Before joining A2F, he held senior technology leadership roles at GE Capital in Europe, the United States, and Australia, leading large-scale IT modernization, process optimization, and banking technology initiatives. At A2F, he supports the design and implementation of digital finance, SupTech, credit guarantee, and data management solutions for governments, regulators, and financial institutions worldwide. He holds an MSc in Computer Science Engineering from Instituto Superior de Informática e Gestão, Portugal, and is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian, and Spanish, with working knowledge of French.

Ms. Bahati N. Kessy is the Chief Financial and Administration Officer at A2F Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in financial management, human resources, contract administration, and operations. She oversees the firm's accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and talent management functions, supporting A2F’s global operations and growth. Prior to joining A2F, she worked in project management and construction engineering roles in the United States, managing large-scale infrastructure and commercial development projects. Ms. Kessy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and is fluent in English and Swahili, with working knowledge of French.

Mr. Alex Proaño is a Principal at A2F Consulting, with more than 25 years of experience in MSME finance, financial inclusion, agricultural finance, market assessments, and survey-based research. He has led advisory assignments for governments, development finance institutions, commercial banks, and international organizations across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, with a particular focus on access to finance, gender inclusion, credit guarantee schemes, and enterprise development. Prior to A2F, he held senior banking and credit management positions in the United States, Ecuador, and Argentina. Mr. Proaño holds a degree in Financial Engineering from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and is fluent in English and native Spanish.

Mr. Guido Bozzo is a Principal at A2F Consulting, with over 30 years of experience in organizational transformation, business process reengineering, digital transformation, and change management. He has advised governments, regulators, financial institutions, and development organizations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, specializing in organizational effectiveness, customer experience, and risk-based supervision. Prior to joining A2F, he held senior roles at GE Capital, Accenture, and IBM, leading large-scale transformation and process improvement initiatives. Mr. Bozzo holds a Master’s Degree in Information Sciences and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Turin, Italy, and is fluent in English and Italian, with working knowledge of Spanish.

Dr. Ahadul Kabir Muyeed is a Manager at A2F Consulting and leads the firm’s Lisbon office. He is a development economist with expertise in economic analysis, market assessments, policy research, impact evaluations, and large-scale survey design and implementation. Since joining A2F, he has led and contributed to projects across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, covering financial inclusion, MSME development, migration, gender equality, climate resilience, and private sector development. Dr. Muyeed holds a Ph.D. in Economics, specializing in Development Economics and Econometrics, from the University of Kansas. He is fluent in English and native Bengali, with good spoken Hindi.

Dr. Tamilyam Memanova is a Manager at A2F Consulting and leads the firm’s Germany office. She is an economist with expertise in impact evaluations, gender analysis, financial inclusion, economic research, and mixed-methods data collection and analysis. She has led and supported projects for the World Bank, IFC, IDB, EBRD, AfDB, and MCC across Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America, covering women’s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, climate finance, financial inclusion, education, and institutional development. Dr. Memanova holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Ioannina, Greece, and is fluent in Russian and English, with good knowledge of Greek and Czech.

Ms. Ashwini Srinivas is the Business Development Manager at A2F Consulting, with over 10 years of experience in business development, proposal management, and strategic growth. She leads opportunity identification, pipeline development, proposal preparation, and budget design, helping expand A2F’s international development portfolio. Prior to joining A2F, she held business development roles in the consulting sector, and supported development and alumni relations at Johns Hopkins SAIS. Ms. Srinivas holds a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations. She is fluent in English and Hindi, with professional proficiency in German.
