A2F Consulting supported the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), with World Bank involvement, in re-engineering business processes and establishing an enterprise architecture. The project aimed to modernize operations, enhance efficiency, and support LNDC’s digital transformation through an integrated systems approach.
The assignment was delivered over 20 months and combined institutional reform with technology implementation. A2F supported LNDC through a full transformation process—from process redesign to system deployment—enabling improved performance and long-term operational efficiency.
